This inner journey and renewal is experienced with other folks looking for community, accountability, and encouragement. In this Group Meditation, allow yourself to feel supported, grounded, and loved as you embrace your originality and learn from others. This class is intended to be uplifting and a safe space to share your experience while at the same time strengthening your ability to be seen just as you are. Each class will be different!
