This class is suitable for all levels looking to find peace, tranquility, and guidance to the present moment. Each class teaches different styles, speeds, and poses as it is directed for what the individuals need in order to Come Alive. Each class is 90 minutes and includes direct time with the horses. Offered Thur 6pm, Fri 9am, Sat 10am
